Chance, the beloved English Bulldog- Pitbull mix of the Gardner family, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Chance loved playing football and wrestling with his best friend, chasing his friend Sugar in the back yard, going "bye-bye" on car rides, going for a walk and seeing other doggie friends at the Doggie doctor and groomer. When he was a good boy, he would often enjoy deer salami, Doritos and cottage cheese, and ice cubes. After playing all day with his football, teddy bear, or rubber tire, you could often find him sleeping in his best friend's room so he could watch over him and make sure he was OK.

Jack remembered Chance always chasing squirrels and rabbits, cookout drinking beer and listening to Grateful Dead. Chance was his connection to his best friend who also passed away. Nicole recalls so many wonderful memories as Chance was like a best friend.

He will be greatly missed by his fur siblings: Sugar, Ripple, Lilly, and Rosie, as well as his best friend, Zander, and the Gardner-Hamm family.
