Gracie, the fourteen year old, beloved Golden Retriever and Alaskan Husky mix of the Getz family, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Friday, June 25, 2021 with her family by her side.

She loved to start each day by using her "Husky voice" to howl and wake up her family. Often times, you would find her rolling on her back and kicking her back legs, going on long walks and sniffing absolutely everything, or laying outside in the gazebo with her family. Gracie was the happiest when she was eating, being brushed, catching a tennis ball or frisbee, or lying on the floor watching a movie with her daddy. Most recently, she enjoyed being outside and catching the cicadas. She will always be remembered as the most kind and innocent soul.

Gracie will be sadly missed by the Getz family and her fur siblings: Richie, Duncan, and Jack. She was preceded in death by her best friend, Gretta, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on August 3, 2020.
