Jade, the 9 year old beloved American Pit Bull of the Lytle family, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Monday, January 1, 2007.

On a daily basis, you could find Jade and her family throwing Frisbee at the farm for hours. When they weren't there, Jade was retrieving sticks from the middle of the Ohio River as far out as her family could throw them. She thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the river, taking walks around downtown Madison, and playing tug-a-war with her rope toys. She was a gentle protector of the young children in the home and the perfect playmate for her brother, Bishop, a Boston Terrier.

At the wishes of Jade's family, give your dog an extra hug, belly rub, and treat in her memory.
