Tica Bonita, the beloved sixteen year old Chihuahua of the Deckert family, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Friday, January 12, 2024.

She was born on April 16, 2007 and was a mommy's girl from the beginning. She went wherever mommy went, including sleeping to mommy's right every night. Tica loved sleeping on a heating pad during the day and enjoyed getting a treat every morning and every night. In fact, she was always filled with so much excitement, jumping up and down, when it was time for a treat. Despite being small in stature, she was a protector, as she often did not like people other than her family.

Tica will be greatly missed by her family and her fur siblings: Moca and Buddy. She has now joined the late Nuni, her fur sister over the Rainbow Bridge.
